- Bad News: My enzyme died while I was waiting for the very-nice-now-working centrifuge to be fixed.
- Good News: It doesn't matter that I lost my sample.
- Bad News: I came in around midnight last night and will work for about 11 hours today.
- Good News: I'm taking one day off this weekend (I'm thinking tomorrow) and I napped after my midnight run to lab.
- Bad News: I haven't had time to eat lunch yet today.
- Good News: Early dinner! And I can justify dessert.
- Bad News: I'm still troubleshooting Damned Yeast Project.
- Good News: I think I've figured out what's wrong.
- Bad News: Dr. Man has one of the crappiest holiday call schedules known to man.
- Good News: I found out that next year he doesn't have to take call.
- Bad News: This is the best I could do for a blog post today.
- Good News: It's done! (And, hopefully, I'll write something not in bullet format this weekend.

ReplyDeleteScience Girl: That is most definitely true! And I spent most of the weekend resting. I ended up working ~ 14 hours on Friday and decided to just not work anymore for a while.
